The act of creation by God provides us with a glimpse of His Glory. Creating is therefore a very important attribute of God. And since creation is discussed extensively in both the first (Genesis) and last (Revelation) books of Holy Scripture, it would be interesting to examine what all of scripture can teach us about God as Creator. The 66 books of the Old and New Testament provide the repository of sacred information that God wished His people to understand. In the blog section of this website we first began by examining what each book of scripture says about God as Creator and the practical implications for believers. If you wish to look at old posts, they are in the Archive section of the blog. Since one of things we learned from examining all 66 books of scripture is that the whole of scripture testifies about Christ, we will now begin to look at some of the prophecies about Christ in the Old Testament along with the fulfillment of these prophecies in the New Testament. There are literally hundreds of prophecies about Christ so lets explore some of them in the blog section of this site beginning with the February 24, 2012 post. We completed the examination of the Messianic prophecies on May 4, 2012.
Beginning with the May 5th 2012 post we examined the sovereignty of God. God's sovereignty is an important topic to study in order to ponder the relationship between God and His creation.
Starting with the November 27th 2019 post we will begin studying the book of Romans paying particular attention to Paul's description of the road to salvation.
